10 days itinerary

For others, this trip costs $2888 per person in a group of 16-20 people and is based on sharing accommodation.

Our 10-days trip brings you the highlights of Uganda: where the Savannah meets the Rain Forest. Expect to see the animals of the Savannahs, (lions, elephants, buffalos, giraffes, hippos, leopards) and up to 14 primate species, including gorillas and chimps!!!

 

This trip specifically includes the most important and well known national parks of Uganda: Kibale Forest National Park, Queen Elizabeth National Park, Bwindi National Park, Lake Mburo National Park, Lake Bunyonyi, Kampala metropolitan city, and The mighty river, Nile.

  • Game drives (safaris) on the savannahs  Queen Elizabeth National Park and Lake Mburo National Park with chances of seeing the wildlife from close quarters

Day 1

Arrival at our breathe taking Entebbe Airport  Arrive early morning and our guide is there waiting for you.

An early breakfast that will usher you into Uganda’s beautiful Airport City Walk and drive to Kampala cosmopolitan capital city.

 Kampala city– LUNCH, depending on energy level, a visit to Uganda museum, Kasubi Tombs, and Namungo Martyrs Shrines. day 1 is done.
Dinner and over night

Note: This whole day is “Welcome to Uganda” by the company.

Day 2

After an early breakfast, drive through a busy town with jam, interesting feature, Mabira Forest, sugar cane and tea plantation that welcome you to Lake Victoria and re-discover the source of the Nile, the longest river in the world. and a boat cruise that is most fascinating.

Optional activity in Jinja –bargee jumping

Note: Drive back to Kampala city for overnight and marks end of Day two

DAY 3

Wake up early in the morning and drive 2 hours towards southwestern Uganda and make a stopover at The Equator Line. This is where the world is divided into two equal parts, the Northern hemisphere and Southern hemisphere. You will greet your wife if you traveled with her, your parent, friend from the other half of the world. take photos and have breakfast and proceed to Lake-Mburo National park.

Lake Mburo national Park: After lunch; this national park is a home of Zebras, Impala, Giraffe amongst other wildlife that is enjoyed while on your game drive.

Dinner and overnight at and end of day 3

DAY 4

After an early morning breakfast, you will drive through a scenic landscape, urban centers, with culture and its food along the way, have lunch  and proceed to Lake Bunyonyi.

Lake Bunyonyi is the most beautiful lake, not only in Uganda but in the whole world. It is the third deepest lake in the world, and second in Africa. Its features of 29 islands with its unique history gives it a real experience. A boat cruise, scenery, bird species, and agriculture patterns along the lake is what you’ll admire. Have Dinner and overnight

Day 5

After breakfast, explore Kabale City and drive along communities, villages, enjoying the culture to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. overnight.

Day 6

Gorilla Tracking. and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park.

Day 7

Queen Elizabeth National Park is  the most beautiful National Park in Uganda, with a variety of wildlife species, elephants, buffalo, antelopes, warthogs, and on a lucky day you will sport leopards and lions.

  • A boat cruise on Kazinga Channel the longest channel in the world that separates two Great Rift Valley Lake Edward and George is an amazing adventure. You will sport concentrated schools of hippos, Nile crocodile, bird species, and a number of great nature.

Day 8  

QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK.

After an Early morning game drive, have breakfast, CRATER lakes explorations, community and afternoon boat cruise on Kanzinga Channel on the longest channel in the world.

Day 9

Early morning transfer to Kibale National Park for afternoon chimpanzee tracking, depending on energy level, evening community walk.

overnight.

Day 10

Airport Transfer. driving from Kibale National Park to Entebbe Airport is a long journey though so fascinating. so make sure when you are booking for a departure flight is in the late evening hours.

Note: This trip is fully packed, we therefore recommend/advise our clients to consider or book flights that arrives to Uganda very early morning (before 7:00am) and leaves Uganda very late evening (after 7:30PM)
